Meet Your Planner ~

Kylie Sammond, founder and owner of Sammond Events, has been a wedding and event planner for over a decade and has an everlasting passion for turning special occasions into memories for a lifetime. She worked 9 years in the Arizona event planning industry, bringing her expertise to wedding venues, resorts, and community centers.

Kylie moved to Augusta, GA in the summer of 2023 for her husband’s new role in the medical field. Seeing a need for growth in the event planning industry in the region, she decided it was finally time to branch out into her own wedding planning business.

The passion Kylie holds for wedding planning comes from a love of working behind the scenes, being organized, and watching moving parts come together for a beautiful end product. Meeting couples, learning their stories, and getting to know them as people is just a wonderful bonus that comes with the job.

Our wedding was relatively small (30 people) and Kylie made it very personable and memorable. Everything went smoothly without any hiccups. She helped do all the floral arrangements as well. My wife and I are extremely happy with the way our special day turned out. She did a phenomenal job!
