We take on a maximum of 24 weddings per year, preferably in spring, fall and winter. 

I will not take more than one wedding per week. Not only are there a lot of delicate details to perfect in the week building up to a wedding, but I want my clients to feel cared for in those final days. It’s a sensitive time with a lot of moving pieces and availability to our couples is important!

The sooner you hire, the better. There are several stages of wedding planning and the earlier we can walk you through the process, the easier it will be for you! We will start with the nitty gritty things like budgeting, get into the fun design process, and then I’ll take care of the logistics for you – before you know it, you’ll be waking up on your wedding day and it will fly by!

No two weddings are the same! We can certainly discuss your vision and needs to see if we are the right fit for what you need and what services we can provide for you!

Our packages start at $1,500 for event management and $3,500 for full planning. Other fees may accrue due to travel, additional services, or personalization. After discussing your needs, I can determine what the costs will be.

I have 3 assistant coordinators that are also wedding pros! It will depend on the size and details of your wedding to determine how many assistants will be needed, if any at all.

Your point of contact for planning is me, Kylie, the owner! The day of your wedding, you probably won’t see me much, as I’ll be busy handling logistics, so you can be focus on enjoying your day! You may also deal with assistant coordinators on the day of your wedding, in which I will introduce you to before the wedding.

The retainer you pay upon booking is non-refundable, as this reserves your date and prevents me from booking other couples during that week. Once we begin the planning process, you will be refunded what you’ve paid, minus the work that has already been done.

Things happen and weddings need to be cancelled. Our refund policy (above) reflects the cancellation policy. You may also postpone as needed, as long as your new date is open on my calendar!

Full planning is a client favorite, as it allows you to enjoy being engaged and getting married! Your engagement time is so short and there are many celebrations to be had. You don’t want to spend your precious time on planning logistics – leave it to me!

Yes! One of our first steps working together is to set your budget and make sure it’s something that you can realistically work with. From there I will be monitoring everything and keeping you on track with your budget.

The budgets we primarily work with start at $25,000. On average, clients spend around $35,000 on their wedding.
